Privacy at DriveUK

Questions or requests about your information: toperfolgltd@gmail.com.

Your account

When you choose Google sign-in, DriveUK receives your Google account identifier, name and verified email address. We use the account identifier to keep your listings and billing records attached to the correct seller. We request basic identity information only, without access to your Gmail, Drive files or contacts.

Your listings

The vehicle details, description, photographs, seller or business name and contact phone number you submit are public while your listing is live. Account email addresses are not included in public vehicle listings. Selling or withdrawing a listing removes it from public search; its history remains in the seller dashboard.

Payments and providers

Stripe handles payment details and subscriptions. DriveUK keeps order references, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and membership dates. DriveUK does not store your card number. Cloudflare hosts the app, database and listing photos. Google provides sign-in. These providers process information under their own policies: Stripe, Cloudflare and Google.

Cookies and security

DriveUK uses essential, secure, HTTP-only cookies for sign-in. The sign-in request cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and the account session lasts up to seven days. Signing out invalidates the current session. Technical request information is used for security, rate limiting and diagnosing errors.

Keeping and managing information

Listing, payment and offer-claim history is kept to operate accounts, enforce listing allowances, handle billing and prevent repeated free-offer claims. Contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed by the marketplace operator; some records may need to remain for billing, security or other applicable obligations. Public phone numbers and photos may have been seen or copied by visitors before a listing is removed.

You can edit eligible listings or withdraw them from your dashboard. Removing public visibility does not by itself erase account or billing history.
